In 1995 Jeff founded Singularity, a prominent Philadelphia creative and marketing agency. In the following 15 years, he led the agency to over 130 regional, national and international awards. In 2008, Singularity was listed at #30 in the prestigious Philadelphia 100, a list of the fastest-growing, privately-held companies in the Philadelphia region. In 2009, Singularity was acquired by Communications Media, Inc. (CMI), a 20-year-old media planning and buying agency, completing Singularity’s evolution into a full-service agency.
In 2000, Jeff cofounded Glowbug.com, Inc., a targeted marketing company based in Houston, TX. With a brand and technology platform Jeff created, Glowbug became a pioneer in the field of viral marketing and promotions, rapidly building a loyal membership of 6.5 million opt-in members and distributing paid advertisements for national sponsors. In October, 2000, just ten months after founding, the 24-person company was acquired by About.com and integrated into About’s marketing platform.
